Vegetable of round shape and white color. It has compact inflorescence, of variable weight up to 1.5 Kg.
Thanks to the perfect balance of its components, cabbage exerts a beneficial effect on the whole organism. Cauliflower has a low calorie content and has excellent levels of potassium, is rich in minerals, folic acid, fiber, calcium, iron, phosphorus and vitamin D.
