Welcome to Amor di Bio, the beating heart of Organic Farming in the enchanting region of Puglia, at the foothills of the majestic Gargano. Here, our story comes to life, fueled by passion and experience, driven by the goal of offering high-quality fruit and vegetable products, while fully respecting the environment and local traditions.
Our company spans 3,000 square meters of covered facilities, including cold storage, processing areas for asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, and almonds, as well as spaces for storing agricultural vehicles, a workshop, and offices. The uncovered area amounts to approximately 17,000 square meters.
In terms of cultivated fields, we manage about 500 hectares, dedicated to a variety of crops including almonds, asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, wheat, vines, and olive trees, demonstrating our commitment to organic farming and environmental sustainability in Puglia.
Our productive fields are located in a unique pedoclimatic setting: the slopes of the Gargano, where, thanks to a unique microclimate, our productions are characterized by an unmatched flavor and unparalleled organoleptic qualities.
AmorDiBio is part of a group that also includes AmorDiTerre and the MadreTerra Project.

Our production process is based on the pillars of Organic Farming:

We start with crop planning based on our clients’ needs, followed by soil analysis for each production plot in order to prepare fertilization plans that meet the actual crop requirements. Fertilization is carried out using registered and certified biofertilizers approved for use in Organic Farming.
